The Runners High 5K is a family friendly course along the Bear River. The starting line will be at the Bear Meadows walkway with a 7:30 a.m. gun time. Racers will travel along the Bear River walkway passing the Ice Ponds, crossing the second bridge over the river, and into the Bear River State Park before turning around. Runners will trace their paths back downriver. Upon entering the Bear Meadows area, racers will turn left and finish the course along the marked path to the finish line.

The entirety of the Runners High 5k is on paved walkways. There is a total of 86' of elevation gain on the course. An aid station will be provided at the turnaround point.
